Labour affairs: 18th Amendment termed a failure
Karachi, Oct 12: A daylong Sindh Labour Conference, arranged by Pakistan Institute of Labour Education and Research (PILER) at its centre on Monday, reviewed the merits and demerits of the 18th Constitutional Amendment and noted that it was a complete failure on the part of the legislators representing working class, as it affected about 130 laws pertaining to labour affairs.
