Introduction of Employers’ Federation of Pakistan

Employers’ Federation of Pakistan was established in 1950 to Protect and Promote Employers’ Interests through effective and meaningful participation at National and International level. Other objectives are to assist and guide its members in the creation and maintenance of Industrial Peace and Harmony and to develop and train Human Resource for better management and growth through trainings and dissemination of information.

Mission / Vision
* Strive for Industrial Peace, Harmony, Poverty Reduction and Employment Generation and to pursue Policies and Legislation conducive to Investment, Economic Growth and Development of Pakistan.
* Protect and Promote Employers’ Interests through effective and meaningful participation at National and International level consultation and assistance and guidance to the members through effective communication.
* Provide a forum for the employers in Pakistan, which can look after their enlightened interest in the field of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Development in a dynamic society.
